One of the most versatile heavy weight benches, the Tru Grit Industrial AB Weight Bench is essentially three pieces of exercise equipment in one: a flat bench, a sit-up bench, and an aerobic step. The back pad of the FID bench offers seven positions from -20 to 85 degrees, and the seat pad adjusts to three different heights. Throw in Weight Bench construction and powder-coat finish, and this thing has as many years on it as it does options.
