This will guarantee your machine works like new for the duration of the warranty. If your machine in not working properly, please call us and we’ll send a technician to your location free of charge.

WHAT DOES IT INCLUDE:
- Covers any electrical or mechanical issue
- 100% parts replacement is covered. Including structural moving parts such as motors, bearings, pulleys, cables, etc. (if causing machine to not function)
- Covers wearable parts such as heart rate monitors, pedals, treadmill decks, running belts, and track wheels, etc (if causing machine to not function)
- program mal-functions, console errors, or software issues
Warranty Detail:
Warranty is directly through Expert Fitness Supply and is non-transferable; valid only through original purchaser
Parts, Labor, and Travel Time to your facility will be covered.
Warranty service will be performed by a trusted member of our nationwide network of technicians
A technician will be dispatched within 1-2 weeks of notification of the service request
What's not included:
- Cosmetic defects including but not limited to scratches, broken plastic, peeling stickers/logos/overlays, discoloration, etc., unless defective on arrival. If cosmetics defects are present, they must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Disasters: Water, Rain, heat, fire, wind. Keeping any machine outdoors will cause the machine to wear and deteriorate significantly faster than using it in an indoor setting.
- Any software, mechanical, and cosmetic issues that are a direct result of improper use, physical damage, or the user engaging in an activity which the operational manual specifically warns against doing or caused by the user disassembling/reassembling the machine.
- The warranty does not cover total loss. If the product or major parts to the machine are reported as stolen/missing the warranty is void.
- Noises: machines are meant to make some noises and can have squeaks. This doesn’t mean your machine is broken or not working properly. If you hear an unusual noise, just submit a request and we’ll have a technician review your claim.
- Warranty labor service is only valid in the United State
- The residential warranty will become void if the machine is used in a commercial setting.
- Warranty will void if the customer fails to show for a scheduled service call with the technician. Holder will be billed directly for missed service calls.
- We may ask for video/pictures before we dispatch a technician.
- In the unlikely event the machine cannot be repaired we’ll refund the unused portion of the warranty.
