Our Easy 30 Day Return Policy!
Send us an email at [email protected] if you wish to return your item. We will provide you with the return address. Please notify us within 30 days of delivery. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return both ways. As soon as we receive the item we will either issue a refund or exchange the product for another one.
In the event you need to ship the item back, we require you to use the same shipment method with tracking. We will not be responsible if the package is lost in transit.
Please note that all returned items must be in the new condition and packaged in their original unopened carton(s) in order to be accepted. If an item is returned which does not meet these requirements, it may be subject to refusal. Returns subject to a 25% restocking fee.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
A refund/replacement due to damaged items/goods
Please provide the following information to be eligible:
1) Proof of Purchase
2) Photo(s) of Damaged Goods/Item(s)
If one or none is provided, the order is not eligible for the refund/replacement of damaged goods. The customer is responsible to pay for return shipping. Please notify us with-in 48 hours after receipt of delivery. Failure to do so will void the return policy.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once the return is received and inspected, we will send an email that we have received the returned item. With-in 14 days we will send you and approval or rejection of the refund.
** If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We will give you the option of a refund (minus cost of shipping) or a replacement.
Order Cancellations or Modifications
Muslce D & SportsArt items are NOT eligible for return. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We are always happy to assist you in changing, modifying or even cancelling your order. It is important to contact us immediately so we can adjust your order before it gets processed and/or shipped. For that reason, any order cancellations or modifications must be made with an Expert Fitness Supply customer service representative by email within one business day of placing the order by emailing [email protected]. Cancellations or Modifications cannot be accepted or confirmed by chat or fax. Cancellations are subject to a 25% fee. Custom orders or build to order items are non-refundable.
Purchasing an item on backorder does not guarantee we have this item in-stock. We cannot guarantee processing/shipping time for backorder items.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
If you want an exchange, please send us and email at [email protected]. You will have to pay shipping both ways.
