Freight Carrier (LTL)

All items over 140lbs may ship via freight courier. Items that ship LTL freight will have an extended handling time of 3-5 business days. Transit time will take 5-7 business days. These times only apply to new items. If you purchased a remanufactured item, click here for more details.
The freight courier will give you a call prior to set up a delivery time. Please be present as a signature is required upon a scheduled delivery. Delivery usually takes place only Monday thru Friday during business hours. If you miss the delivery, there may be a re-delivery charge.
The freight courier will park as close as possible to your driveway. If your order includes lift-gate delivery, the driver will lower the pallet to the ground curbside. You will be responsible for unpacking and discarding the packing materials. The driver cannot help you move the pallet from the curb.
Damage: Please inspect the merchandise prior to delivery agent’s departure. If merchandise appears to be damaged or missing in any way, please note the damage or shortage on the freight bill. This will aid in the return/replacement process.

UPS or FedEx
Orders under 140lbs that are NOT shipping via LTL Freight will have a handling time of 1-3 business days. These orders will ship via UPS or FedEx. Signature may be required on higher value items.

Damage: If your item(s) are damaged on arrival, please contact us immediately at 844-442-7232. A photograph may be required in order to process the return/replacement.
Shipping: Remanufactured Equipment
Our machines are package on pallets and carefully wrapped.
We have two options for delivery, curbside or inside delivery* (* inside delivery may not be available in your area)
Curbside:
The machine will arrive outside your home or place of business. You will be responsible for bringing the machine inside and removing the package material. Shipping time takes 5-7 business days. This is our fastest option.
White Glove Inside delivery:
This option take 7-14 business days and will be delivered inside the room you desire. Exact Measurements must be provide before the machine ships. Packaging material will be removed with this option.
Processing Time:
After purchase the machine, it will go through our remanufacturing process. This process will take 2-6 weeks to make sure your machine is at top performance. Please see out remanufacturing process for more details. (link)
International shipping:
Give us a call or send us and email for a shipping quote to your nearest port. Customer will be responsible for all duty, broker, import, border, customs fees and GST/VAT taxes.
