Leg Extensions are designed for ultimate strengthening of the knee and thigh muscles. Also allows Leg Curls for maximum concentration of the user’s hamstring and glute muscles.
Features:
- Foam rollers that provide comfort for the back of the knees as well as ankles
- Weight post fits standard size (1″) plates
- Works with optional OA8 Olympic Adapter to fit Olympic sized (2″) plates
- Must be used with a workout bench (sold separately)
