Independent movement of the arms encourages symmetrical strength development and also allows for unilateral, bilateral, alternating, or high-speed reciprocal training. Designed with angled handgrips that isolate the chest and tricep muscles, it’s convergent motion supports the most effective development of these muscle groups.
